From this level, a short flight of stairs brings you to the main floor, home to a very large, bright sunroom area leading out to the patio (south facing) with barbecue & outdoor dining. This sunroom is the perfect area for reading or simply relaxing, with tropical plants taking advantage of the extensive glass.

Off the sunroom is a luxurious bathroom, with large shower and free standing bath, and the corridor leads to the double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes , the larger of which has en-suite facilities. From this floor, a short flight of stairs leads to the top floor which contains the twin bedroom, the bunk bed room & the sitting room.
