Stairs lead to the large dining kitchen which has french doors on to a small south-west facing balcony with lovely views. The kitchen has the full range of built in units with all the usual appliances including a gas range cooker and dishwasher, and has a large dining table seating eight.
A short flight of stairs brings you to the main floor, home to a very large, bright sunroom, providing a perfect area for reading or simply relaxing. This leads out to the south facing patio with gas BBQ & outdoor dining.
A final set of stairs leads to the top floor and the stunning lounge with amazing views. A flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo are there for entertainment and wi-fi is available for your convenience.
